We want to improve the speed, quality, consistency and effectiveness of key social care assessment processes in order to increase users satisfaction and reduced overall spend.

At first point of contact, we have identified that through better signposting and more targeted support there is greater opportunity for residents to utalise more community assets, to claim more benefits and to make better use of assistive technology.

Where a social assessment is required, we have identified that this can be bureaucratic and time consuming and the support provided to the resident can vary depending on how they access the support.

We believe that by effectively using RPA (robotic and process automation) technology we can improve the quality of social care provided and reduce overall cost significantly.
