We would like to investigate the possibility of using all the data on our residents to try and predict future behaviour using a machine learning approach.  For example, if a resident stopped putting their bins out as frequently and their council tax started being paid a few days late, it could indicate that the resident is starting to struggle financially and, if they are a council tenant, they could end up not paying their rent in a few months.  We would like to see if there is a correlation between data sets on residents to see if we can see any patterns in behaviour leading up to the engagement with certain services.  We can then use these patterns to build a system that looks out for these changes and can provide preventative and proactive advice or support for residents that may be struggling.
