Partners involved: Filter on 'local government as a platform', 'chatbots' and 'artificial intelligence and robotic process automation' theme to see potential partners

With a drive to embrace the opportunities afforded by AI and chat bots, there is a risk that each local authority re-invents the approach each time with its own favoured product.

This proposal is for a discovery project to explore the potential for a common chatbot platform/framework that all local authorities could adopt to minimise their costs and enable more authorities to adopt this technology more easily, with the potential for a shared expertise to be developed across Local Government in its development, and a shared library of ‘bots’ that could be re-used
