Kingston’s Adult Social Care department provides front line services including supported employment to a number of different client groups. Local community groups and charities also provide extra support and resources, however, accessing these services relies on word of mouth and often means we are duplicating ourselves.
We want to develop a digital platform that allows service users and staff to identify what supported employment and local job opportunities are available to them under one shared digital platform.
We want to understand two things;
If the proposed digital platform will encourage service users to self prescribe their own employment pathway.
If the digital platform will improve communications between Kingston, community services and employers.
